Senior Product Owner

Role Responsibilities

AsSenior ProductOwneryouhave the responsibility to create and develop new products for the Pago Facil and Western Union Brands

• Leadership andmanageof newproducts includingresearch analysis documentation design/develop testing problem resolution training status reporting implementation and post-rollout review/audit.

• Monitors/evaluates project progressmaintains project documentation and develops presentations for communication.

• Creates process flows and test cases conducts testing recognizes problem areas analyzessolutionsand makes recommendations for resolution.

• Work hasa directmonetary impact on functional strategies. Works on complex projects which can havea significantimpact on operating efficiencies.

• Position requires considerable evaluationoriginalityor ingenuity.

• overseethe delivery of new products such as digital channelsandpayment methods.

• Work together with the IT support product team and also Commercial areas to generate improvements in processes (end-to-end).

• You will create new business proposals related to digital products andassistthe area leader.

Role Requirements

• For this role you will need to have 2 years ofpreviousdigital product experienceas Product Manager or Product Owner.Experience in FinTech ordigital paymentsaredesirable.A bachelorsdegree is desirable.

• AdvancedEnglish level.

• You will need product management skillsorganizationdetail-orientedand meeting deadlines.

• Microsoft package is.

• Experience in operations management supportingmultiprojects.

• Troubleshooting experience.

• Attention to detail and follow-through skillsa must.Strong problem solvinganalyticalskillsand project leadership. Assertive communication with different teams.

• Logicskills toidentify develop evaluate alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems.Also excellent organizational and time management skills.Besidesgreat exposure and the autonomy to make decisions.

Work Shift

Western Union values in-person collaboration problem solving and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
