As an HR Advisor you will provide support to GAPs managers and employees on all employee related matters including discipline grievance absence management and HR policies and procedures.
About You
What Youll Be Doing
Provide advice to General Managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations.
Interpret and apply HR policy and procedures.
Managing absence and analysing data trends and procedures.
Health & Safety administration and recording.
General HR Administration.
