Position Summary
Responsibilities
Source and Engage Top Talent: Identify attract and qualify exceptional technical professionals across corporate and executive roles using diverse sourcing strategies and platforms
Partner with Hiring Leaders: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand role requirements craft compelling job descriptions and design effective recruitment strategies.
Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruitingfrom initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboardingwhile ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Leverage Data and Tools: Maintain accurate pipeline activity interview feedback and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools to drive informed decisions.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Corporate and Executive roles and skill sets to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies aligned with Light & Wonders growth objectives.

Proven Track Record: Technical recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring executive talent.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Hands-on experience managing all stages of recruitment including interviews reference checks offer negotiations and onboarding.
Gaming Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for gaming and interactive entertainment with an understanding of industry trends and technologies.
Startup or High-Growth Experience: Ability to thrive in fast-paced evolving environments with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Career Stability: History of healthy tenure and internal promotions reflecting strong contributions and career progression.
Location: Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate to join Light & Wonders team onsite.

This role is based in Las Vegas NV and candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days working in the office collaborating with the team business partners and hiring leaders.
