Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Environmental Services department Director in the administrative planning and operational responsibility and administration of Environmental Services Department.
- Supports Director in operation of department and acts for Director in his/her absence.
- Supports Director by preparing department budget data; monitors expenditures while developing and implementing hospital/departments goals and objectives.
- Utilizes a systems methodology to analyze organizational systems and processes to make recommendations for operation improvements and to coordinate the implementation of changes work through individual and team approaches
- Conduct analysis of facility needs relating to EVS including work flow analysis space programming equipment layout design and simulation technology Proficient in leading and training management with a heightened emphasis on consistency responsibility and accountability.
- Work with department manager to formulate plan for professional development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree preferred 6 years previous experience of which three years are in a supervisory role.
