Are you a motivated goal-driven individual ready to launch your career in sales Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be at the forefront of driving growth and building meaningful client relationships.
What Youll Do
Proactively conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling emailing LinkedIn outreach etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on your outreach and performance regularly.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting high-potential accounts and breaking into new markets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively tailor your outreach and conversations.
What Were Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; able to clearly convey value and build trust.
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced collaborative team.
What We Offer
Base salary: $18000 MXN/month
Uncapped commission structure the more you sell the more you earn!
Food vouchers: $1500 MXN/month
