Job Overview

This role is essential for designing implementing and deploying scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and support high availability environments. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to support the implementation testing and operational stability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS) platform. This role works closely with product engineering operations and vendor partners to deliver reliable contact center capabilities that support great customer and agent experiences. This position requires independent development of full software stacks and understanding system protocols data flows and technology interactions. Success is measured by the ability to deliver technical solutions produce clear documentation and contribute to technology strategy and innovation. The work impacts the organization by enabling advanced software systems that improve operational efficiency and support business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies
  • Create clear documentation for software code system designs and business requirements
  • Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals
  • Present innovative ideas to improve systems processes or services based on industry research
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
  • Configure support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CCaaS solutions
  • Execute functional integration regression and UAT testing for contact center features
  • Validate call flows routing logic agent experiences and system integrations
  • Troubleshoot platform configuration and integration issues; assist with root-cause analysis
  • Support assigned delivery workstreams and deployments across non-prod and prod environments
  • Document configurations test results and operational procedures

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
    OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
    OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
  • 2-4 years - Technical engineering experience.

    Base Pay Range: $92500 - $166800

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
