Jabil Circuit Singapore Pte Ltd - Intern

Job Summary:
Jabil is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Interns to contribute to various projects and gain valuable hands-on experience within our dynamic manufacturing and technology environment.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned by mentors and department leads. Such projects will be focused on Lean and Automation. Intern will be guided in project management methodology data collection and analysis as well as documentation
* Collaborate with team members on assigned tasks demonstrating a proactive and engaged approach. Such tasks will be focused on freight management and traffic control ensuring turnaround times and freight modes are adhered to

* Validate billings from 3PLs and work with mentors to complete the billing process with external customers
* Attend meetings and participate in discussions offering fresh perspectives and learning opportunities.
* Adhere to company policies procedures and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in Temesek Polytechnic International Trade and Logistics
* Strong academic record.
* Good written and verbal communication skills with strong command of Mandarin preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
