Duties

Support and develop manufacturing processes of precision micro-optics for medical devices
Document work processes and prepare work instructions
Coordinate maintenance tasks for production tools and equipment
Execute tasks defined by internal and contracted HSE experts
Plan and participate in investment projects
Conduct technical discussions with suppliers
Develop and maintain ISO quality management system
Organize and conduct training sessions
Supervise measuring instruments

Required Experience

Bachelors degree or higher in technical field
Fluent in Hungarian and English
Min. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Independent and proactive work approach
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication abilities
Experience in optics
German language skills
LEAN knowledge
