Duties
- Support and develop manufacturing processes of precision micro-optics for medical devices
- Document work processes and prepare work instructions
- Coordinate maintenance tasks for production tools and equipment
- Execute tasks defined by internal and contracted HSE experts
- Plan and participate in investment projects
- Conduct technical discussions with suppliers
- Develop and maintain ISO quality management system
- Organize and conduct training sessions
- Supervise measuring instruments
Required Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher in technical field
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
- Min. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Independent and proactive work approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Experience in optics
- German language skills
- LEAN knowledge
