Customer Support Advisor On-site

Based on-site in Sofia you will support adult customers across multiple channels delivering clear compliant and high-quality service in a fast-evolving environment.

This role goes beyond answering questions you will become a trusted point of contact guiding customers through products services and digital tools while maintaining the highest service and compliance standards.

-Role Overview

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (on-site)
Languages required:

Slovenian or Croatian (C2 / native)
English (B2)

Employment type: Full-time
Working hours: Rotational shifts (no night shifts included)

-What You Will Be Responsible For

Supporting customers via phone chat and email
Assisting with orders account questions product setup and troubleshooting
Ensuring age verification and regulatory compliance in every interaction
Providing accurate calm and professional guidance
Recording interactions and following internal quality processes
Collaborating with internal teams when escalation is required
