About the Job:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Historian to join our clients team and support accurate and complete medical record this role you will conduct patient interviews review source documents and compile detailed medical narratives while ensuring all information is precise and professionally documented. You will work closely with internal teams to submit completed reports on time and support high-quality patient care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial outreach calls to patients to schedule interviews.
- Retrieve and review source documents to establish patients medical backgrounds.
- Conduct clinical interviews following standardized questionnaires and protocols.
- Analyze information obtained during interviews to create detailed medical narratives.
- Submit completed reports to the Production Supervisor or relevant internal team for review.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a medical allied course (e.g. Nursing Physical Therapy Biology etc.).
- Preferably with experience in a BPO setting or healthcare-related account.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent written English skills with knowledge of professional medical terminology.
- Familiarity with medical history-taking protocols is a significant advantage.
- Willing to work on-site in McKinley West Taguig.
- Willing to start immediately if possible.
