Full-Time Outpatient Community Health
Overview
We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care clinic serving a diverse and underserved patient population. This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care relationship-based medicine and working within a supportive mission-driven environment. The clinic operates fixed-site community locations a mobile care program and a resource center focused on addressing social determinants of health.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an assigned patient panel

Conduct physical exams diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans

Order and interpret labs imaging and diagnostic studies

Prescribe medications and coordinate follow-up care

Collaborate with specialists and care teams as needed

Participate in call coverage quality initiatives and staff meetings
-
Maintain timely accurate and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
-
Active unrestricted California medical license
-
Current DEA registration and BLS certification
-
Community health or FQHC experience preferred
-
Bilingual skills a plus
Compensation
$230880 $300144 annually (depending on experience)
