You Are Responsible For the Following as a Director of Business Development:

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to grow our home care client base
Build relationships with hospitals rehabs senior living communities and care professionals
Conduct sales visits presentations and networking activities
Meet with prospective clients and families to explain services
Attend community events and represent the agency locally
Track outreach activity pipelines and sales performance metrics
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen brand presence

Qualifications For The Director of Business Development Role:

Experience in business development senior care sales home care business development healthcare outreach B2B sales B2C client relations or related sales roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Familiar with the Montgomery County Maryland area including hospitals senior facilities and community networks
Self-motivated organized and confident working independently
Consistent demonstration of reliability and professionalism
Reliable transportation is required
