A well-established small animal practice in the San Antonio area is seeking a proactive and influential Chief of Staff to join its close-knit leadership team. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys leading others shaping culture and guiding a practice toward excellence while still staying clinically involved.
What Youll Do
Lead Day-to-Day Operations
Oversee the smooth efficient daily operations of a fast-paced but highly supportive practice.
Provide High-Quality Clinical Care
Manage a daily patient caseload of approximately 1525 cases while upholding strong medical standards.
Collaborate & Innovate
Work with the team using modern cloud-based systems that support flexible collaboration. Contribute ideas introduce new services or specialties and help shape the future direction of the practice.
Serve as a Mentor & Leader
Act as a servant leadercoaching supporting and guiding the team to maintain a culture of excellence respect and positivity.

Base salary around $160000 plus a profit-sharing structure bringing total potential compensation to $180000$200000.
