Are you an experienced results-driven Personal Injury Attorney ready to take full ownership of your cases deliver justice for the injured and grow with a firm that values both performance and purpose

Right Path Law Group is expanding our Personal Injury team and were looking for a litigation-savvy client-focused attorney who wants to work alongside high-performing professionals and make a meaningful impact every single day.

What Youll Do

• Manage a full caseloadfrom intake to resolutionwith autonomy and strategic oversight
• Advocate for injured clients in settlement negotiations mediations and court proceedings
• Prepare compelling demand packages legal briefs and trial-ready files
• Collaborate with an experienced legal team committed to winningand doing it the right way
  
  

Who You Are

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia
• Minimum 3 years of successful litigation and trial experience in personal injury (plaintiff side preferred)
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with a track record of delivering results
• Passionate about helping people rebuild their lives after serious injury
• Bilingual in Spanish Even betterwe serve a diverse client base across Northern Virginia

Compensation: $125000 yearly

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications Must be licensed to practice law in VirginiaMust have litigated personal injury cases in Virginia General District AND Circuit CourtsMust have at least 3 years of Personal Injury Experience Responsibilities Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordinglyAppear as legal counsel on the clients behalf at mediations trials hearings depositions and litigationArrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients behalf when appropriateRecord and update the status of all case files in the case management system
