Job Summary
We are seeking a Dutch Sales Specialist to join a growing sales operation in Berlin. This is an on-site position designed for candidates who are confident in sales conversations and enjoy working toward clear performance targets.
Your daily tasks will include managing sales leads conducting persuasive sales calls and building strong relationships with Dutch-speaking clients. Marketing experience is considered a plus especially if you understand customer acquisition strategies.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- C1 Dutch and B2 English
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs
- Must be currently based in Berlin
