Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and profitability within the assigned region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve established targets and goals.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other regional managers and the head office to ensure coherent strategies across regions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends challenges and areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Oversee the recruitment training and performance evaluation of the regional team.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on regional performance to senior management.
- Plan and execute promotional events product launches and educational programs for healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of success in sales and management within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Life Sciences or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products industry practices and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
