Job Overview

We are hiring a Mid-Level Technical Support Engineer to join our growing technical support team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for professionals with strong troubleshooting skills excellent English communication and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support. You will be responsible for handling technical issues supporting international clients and ensuring high service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via calls emails and chat in fluent English
  • Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve software system and application issues
  • Explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical clients
  • Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams when required
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues solutions and follow-ups
  • Monitor systems and proactively identify potential technical problems
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLAs and KPIs
  • Build strong client relationships through professional communication
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • 12 years of experience in Technical Support IT Support or Helpdesk roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems and support documentation is a plus
