Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via calls emails and chat in fluent English

- Maintain detailed documentation of issues solutions and follow-ups
- Monitor systems and proactively identify potential technical problems

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 12 years of experience in Technical Support IT Support or Helpdesk roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with ticketing systems and support documentation is a plus
