The Role

Were looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Data & Digital Analyst to help accelerate the companys global CI strategy through business intelligence automation and process analytics.

You will transform data into actionable insights drive digitalisation initiatives and enable smarter more efficient operations across a multinational network. This is a global role with flexible working options and collaboration across several regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and data visualizations to track performance and key KPIs;
  • Analyze business processes identify improvement opportunities and support automation and optimization initiatives;
  • Take part in digitalization and automation projects within the Continuous Improvement (CI) area;
  • Collaborate closely with the CI Program Coordinator and IT teams to ensure data consistency and quality across systems;
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to area leaders;
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders across different regions.

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science Engineering Business Analytics or a related field (Masters degree is a plus);
  • Hands-on experience in business intelligence automation or process analytics;
  • Proficiency with Power BI Tableau or similar visualization tools (SQL or Python knowledge is a plus);
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Strong analytical thinking communication and problem-solving abilities;
  • Fluent in English (other languages are considered an advantage);
  • Occasional travel required to company hubs and facilities.

Practical Details

  • Workplace: Global any of Our Clients international offices (e.g. Portugal Denmark France Germany USA India Brazil Malaysia etc.).
  • Working hours: Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m (Hybrid Model).
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
