Job Summary
A global real estate investment group is hiring a hands-on Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee a mixed-use property portfolio. This role works closely with senior leadership and focuses on operations financial performance and asset strategy. The portfolio includes hospitality residential and commercial properties mainly located in Astana (Kazakhstan) Dubai (UAE) and other international markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of hotels office buildings and residential properties
- Prepare and manage budgets while controlling operating costs
- Monitor asset performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Manage lease agreements and maintain strong tenant relationships
- Ensure timely rent collection and resolve payment issues
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions
- Lead marketing and leasing efforts for vacant units
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Negotiate with online booking platforms and service providers
- Ensure properties are properly maintained and technical issues are resolved
- Prepare and manage contracts with tenants and external partners
- Represent the company in dealings with local authorities
- Handle daily operational matters and tenant requests
Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Astana (Kazakhstan)
- University degree preferably in Real Estate Hospitality or a related field
- Fluent English and Russian
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property or hotel management
- Strong skills in leasing tenant relations and operations
- Well-organized with strong communication skills
