Job Summary

Job Title:- Junior Python Developer

Purpose

Support the development of backend services data pipelines and automation scripts using Python. Work under senior engineers to build reliable maintainable and production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python-based services and scripts
Write clean readable and well-tested code
Assist in building APIs and background jobs
Work with databases to read transform and validate data
Support deployment of services using Docker and cloud platforms
Debug issues and improve performance under guidance
Participate in code reviews sprint planning and documentation

Requirements

3 years of professional or strong project-based experience with Python
Solid understanding of Python fundamentals and basic data structures
Hands on development experience on Gen AI solutions with prompt engineering retrieval agents.
Familiarity with:

REST APIs
SQL and relational databases
Git version control

Basic understanding of:

Containers (Docker)
Cloud concepts (AWS or Azure)

Knows how to leverage AI tools to move fast.
Willingness to learn production systems and best practices
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Must Have

Experience with:

Pandas or basic data processing
Flask or FastAPI
Unit testing (pytest)
Tensor flow
PyTorch

Exposure to:

Message queues (Kafka RabbitMQ)
Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
Basic AI or ML concepts

Tech Stack:

Language: Python
APIs: REST FastAPI / Flask
Gen AI tools: Langchain/ Langgraph (or similar)
Databases: PostgreSQL MS SQL
Infra: Docker Cloud (AWS / Azure)
Tooling: Git CI/CD basics
