Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining repairing and ensuring the safe operation of electrical cooling plumbing and related equipment at NGO campus and 5 CSCs.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance repair and installation of MEP systems
Maintain equipment including HVAC refrigeration electrical plumbing generators kitchen and laundry machines (washing machines required)
Respond to emergency maintenance tasks including outside working hours
Inspect clean label and ensure proper functioning of all equipment
Handle minor repairs and report major issues to Team Leader
Prepare BOQs and manage tools materials and workshop organization
Provide daily task updates and attend monthly meetings
Support purchase requests and suggest technical

Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP or maintenance work
HVAC & refrigeration systems
Electrical and plumbing maintenance
Kitchen and laundry equipment (washing machines dryers ironing machines)
Basic MS Office email and internet skills
