Role Overview:
As a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant you will support customers with travel-related inquiries bookings and changes ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone email or chat
Handle bookings changes cancellations and travel questions
Provide accurate information and personalized support
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Salary & Benefits:
1900 gross/month
Bonus up to 250/month
