Job Summary

The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 18 000 PLN gross

We are looking for you if you have:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Support Engineer/DevOps preferably in Financial Markets area
- understanding of Financial Markets (e.g. Repo/SecLending Bonds/Equities Settlements/Risk systems Regulatory Reporting)
- experience operating monitoring and supporting applications
- basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Oracle DB (or other SQL databases
- experience with automation of manual activities (e.g. testing deployment)
- continuous Improvement mindset - you like to challenge yourself and the team
- team player attitude with very good communication skills.
- English level -B2 (or higher).
Youll get extra points for:
- good knowledge of Linux/UNIX (incl. script programming)
- working knowledge of CI/CD
- basic programming skills in any programming language (e.g. Java Python other)
- basic knowledge and experience in Agile (ex. Scrum methodology)
- analytical approach to problem solving.
Your responsibilities:
- incidents tickets and requests management solving & dispatching
- daily operation (mailbox monitoring) and applications monitoring
- tasks automation process improvements
- monitoring and reporting database performance
- meetings (Scrum events)
- implementation improvement and management the release pipeline including automated testing (functionally non-functionally).
Information about the squad:
For our team in Poland we are looking for a IT Application Support Engineertechnically passionate solution-focused and able to contribute to design and development of a platform built with usage of ION trading platform API.
Our team is a part of the Financial Markets & Group Treasury Investing IT area of ING. We are responsible for development and maintenance of the system used in the Financial Markets and Global Treasury. Team is dedicated for Security Financing and Equities business with stakeholders round the world.
By being part of our team you will actively participate in the support and change of Anvil Platform taking into account your learning path. Aside of maintenance of the platform and daily communication with business users you will participate in automation in the context of CI/CD testing and monitoring for more effective workplace. All tasks will be realized in the Agile framework in 2 weeks sprints. Please send your CV in English.
