An Assistant IT Safety&Security Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems office systems computer networks and telephony systems throughout the hotel. An Assistant IT Safety&Security Manager directs security personal and works with Department Heads to deliver a safe Guest and Member experience while ensuring compliance with local safety legislation and hotel emergency procedures.
What will I be doing
You will help the Manager to supervise the IT and Safety Department to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. You will also be required to ensure that hotel is in compliance with all local safety regulations and is conversant with hotel emergency procedures. Specifically the you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Current technical skills and knowledge of technology
- General understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies including networks databases business applications and development methodology
- Ability to plan ahead and develop contingency plans where necessary
- Organised and systematic approach to problem solving
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
