What Youll Do

• Provide high-quality compassionate care for children with non-emergency illnesses and minor injuries

• Perform timely evaluations diagnoses and treatment plans in a pediatric-focused Express Care setting

• Educate parents and caregivers on treatment plans preventive care and follow-up needs

• Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and care teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

What Youll Bring

• Current Washington State license as an ARNP MD or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; pediatric urgent care or family medicine experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment communication skills and comfort working independently

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced patient-centered environment

• Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus
