Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our coaching team! This is a salaried full-time position with bonus opportunity. Were seeking someone who is:

Energetic positive and adaptable

Organized and reliable

Experienced in sales & leadership; knowledgeable about fitness

A self-starter who takes ownership

Coachable and open to feedback who holds themself to a high standard & operates with integrity

Clear and professional in communication

Humble yet confident when leading their team and interacting with members

Growth-minded and eager to keep learning

Key Responsibilities

Grow and maintain the membership & training business through a variety of avenues including but not limited to phone prospecting social media and in-person conversations

Timely & effective communication with members prospects & the rest of the team; regular communication & partnership with senior leadership

Creation and execution of business plans

Maintain a sparkling clean welcoming environment

Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience

All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Sales experience required

Personal training or other fitness experience strongly preferred

Leadership experience strongly preferred

Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain one upon being hired

Evening & weekend availability; our managers work Mon-Thurs Saturday

Occasional travel is required (onboarding monthly all-manager meetings etc)

Base salary ($40-50k) with opportunities to earn bonuses
