Job Summary
Casa Nela is looking for experienced porters dishwashers and receivers with a passion for hospitality to join our culinary team in Rosemarys Miami opening this Winter! We are looking for . If you are obsessed with food beverage and providing a great guest experience we want to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Able to carry 30-40lbs
-Washing sanitizing and properly organizing all dishes pots pans utensils etc; throughout and up to the very end of the scheduled shift
-Bringing all food deliveries to the kitchen and storage areas
-Properly organizing and storing all delivered products: includes stocking dry goods on appropriate shelves placing refrigerated items in the walk-in consolidating and organizing the walk-in and storage shelves in the kitchen
-Removing all trash recycling and other garbage from the kitchen and pastry as needed
-Daily cleaning the walk-in: floors swept and mopped produce consolidated etc...
-Sweeping and mopping the entire restaurant space
-Daily deep cleaning
