Job Summary

Porsche South Austin is looking for a Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals!

Job responsibilities would include but not limited to:
Greeting clients that are in for service
Preparing the loaner agreements and reviewing with customers
Recording all the loaner fleet information
Coordinating with Collision Centers with damaged vehicle repairs
Filing insurance claims on damaged vehicles
Filing loaner agreement documents
Coordinating with Valets gas in vehicles and car washes
Inspecting vehicles for damage.
Coordinating with the valets to have loaner cars brought forward for customers
Staging cars in the afternoon for the following morning.
Documenting the loaner usage and shuttles for Porsche Warranty reimbursement
We currently operate with around 40 loaner cars in the fleet and approximately 4 loaner appointments a day.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements:

Good hand-eye coordination.
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
May lift up to 10 lbs.
