Business Unit Director (Global)
What will you do
As Business Unit Director you are ultimately responsible for the commercial and strategic management of an internationally operating business unit. You combine vision with decisiveness and know how to translate strategy into concrete results. You are the link between the market the client and the team and you further build sustainable growth.
Develop and implement a commercial strategy that capitalizes on international market opportunities.
Maintain and build relationships at C-level acting as a strategic sparring partner for our key accounts.
Lead a team of sales professionals and consultants fostering ownership and developing high-performing teams.
Translate market trends and client needs into innovative propositions.
Safeguard quality client focus and thought leadership within our services.
Job requirements
What do you bring
Academic working and thinking level preferably in business administration commercial economics HR or organizational development.
At least 710 years of experience in commercial and leadership roles in an international context.
Proven track record in developing commercial strategies and achieving revenue growth.
Experience in consultancy L&D or professional services.
Strong financial and analytical skills; experienced in steering with KPIs and dashboards.
Convincing towards both executives and clients fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
