Responsibilities:

Support licensing and regulatory projects across multiple jurisdictions under the guidance of senior legal counsel(s)
Assist with the preparation oflicence applications regulatory filings and supporting documentation
Draft and reviewbusiness plans policies manuals and internal proceduresrequired for regulatory submissions
Conductlegal and regulatory researchrelated to financial services brokerage and fintech regulations in various countries
Liaise withexternal legal and compliance advisorssupporting licensing processes
Review and assist withcommercial agreementsand selected corporate matters
Provide day-to-day legal support on regulatory and compliance-related questions
Work closely with internal business teams to understand project needs and support commercial initiatives

Requirements:

26 years PQEas a qualified lawyer
Minimum1 year of experiencein abrokerage fintech or law firm advising regulated financial services clients
Hands-on exposure tolicensing or regulatory work(supporting role acceptable)
Experience working withexternal legal or compliance consultants
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Commercial mindset with an interest in understanding how regulated businesses operate
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
Business-level Englishproficiency (B2 / CEFR or above)
