About the Rising Professionals Program

The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in learning from industry-leading professionals and exploring what it means to be a part of Canadas only Major League Baseball team.


Selected individuals will become part of a diverse cohort with access to department-specific training social activities and learning opportunities. Each participant will also be assigned a cross-departmental mentor from within the organization to guide themthroughout the program and the unique chance to present to theToronto Blue JaysLeadership Team.

During this year-long program candidates will gain invaluable real-world exposure to the sports industry immersing themselves in theToronto Blue Jaysworld right here attheRogers Centre.

TheBlue Jaysoffice is more than just workstations and computers; it is an extension of the ballpark. Here we channel the games energy as we strive daily to achieve our mission: to get better every day to win World Series championships and celebrate with our fans across Canada.

Overview

As a CRM Associate in the Ticket Operations department you will have the unique opportunity to learn about several aspects of our business - from sales operations to customer insights and system administration. Youll gain exposure to various functions including CRM administration data management sales support initiatives and process documentation while working with a collaborative team. Working with customer data and cross-functional teams youll help drive data cleanliness projects support critical team functions and contribute to maintaining efficient ticketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Ticket Operations Team and support team functions as needed including process documentation reporting data cleanliness game and event day duties
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams across the organization to complete projects and promote consistency
  • Documentation of operating procedures intake processes and troubleshooting
  • Help compile accurate reports and dashboards across systems
  • Participate in data projects by validating and cleaning customer data
  • Effectively utilizing CRM and supporting day-to-day administration of Salesforce such as user setup/deactivation adjusting permissions and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Create and update onboarding documents and train new and existing users
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • University degree or College diploma in business/marketing or other related program or equivalent work-related experiencegainedin the last 3 years
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platform
  • Experience with Archtics/Ticketmaster or ticketing software is an asset
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills friendly and approachable
  • A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support a team environment and adhere to the Ticketing Operations departments objectives goals and mandates

Applicants must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours includingevenings and weekendsand holidays asrequired.

Salary:The anticipated base compensation for this role is $25.00 per hour.
