Sports and Leisure Manager (Waterbased) for a 5-star Luxury Resort Cebu Philippines
A 5-star luxury resort in Cebu is in need of a Sports and Leisure Manager to join its management team. Reporting to the Rooms Division Director the Sports and Leisure Manager is responsible for the management of all open-water and marine-based sports and leisure activities of the resort including diving snorkeling jet skiing kayaking banana boat ride parasailing and other motorized and non-motorized water sports. This includes overseeing the dive shop ensures compliance with international diving and safety standards and delivers high-quality guest experiences for all the guests.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
10 years of progressive experience in sports and leisure activities especially in water based recreational facilities
Strong leadership and operational management skills
Excellent guest relations and cross-cultural communication skills
Deep understanding of marine sports safety and environmental conservation
Ability to manage diverse teams and multiple activity lines
Willingness to be based in Cebu
