Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Customer Interaction:
Welcome clients and pets with a warm professional demeanor.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Verify and update pet vaccination records according to facility policies.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding services availability and client inquiries.
Administrative & Sales Support:
Manage reservations and maximize occupancy through effective scheduling.
Process payments issue receipts and manage invoices.
Promote facility services such as grooming training and daycare packages.
Maintain accurate records in the client management system.
Facility & Lobby Maintenance:
Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean organized and inviting.
Stock and display retail products ensuring items are well-presented.
Report facility maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior customer service experience (pet care environment preferred).
Skills: Strong communication attention to detail and organizational skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with pet management software and basic computer skills.
