About the Role
The ABC Transformation Office is looking for a Project manager to manage the delivery of a range complex property projects for a 10 month fixed term contract.
Reporting into the National Manager Property Strategy Projects and Leasing this role will see you:
- Manage the governance for highly complex projects ensuring milestones are achieved according to schedule and ensuring alignment to the Enterprise Delivery Framework.
- Represent the department on relevant committee and working groups related to accommodation projects.
- Provide significant leadership and direction to teams.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Ensure general compliance with relevant regulations and codes; and compliance and WHS risks are appropriately identified communicated and escalated where appropriate.
Position Description:PROJECT MANAGER
About You
You have significant experience in property management project management or a related field with a focus on engineering projects. Were also looking for sophisticatedcommunicator with an analytical minset who can prepare detailed technical reports submissions and proposals.
Youll have:
- Demonstrated significant experience in the management of engineering based property projects from small and simple to large and technologically complex buildings.
- Ability to work as a team and have a high focus on problem solving.
- The ability to also multitask and prioritise as required to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated expert financial management skills with extensive budgetary and benchmarking experience.
- Highly developed ability to assist with procurement strategies programmes project delivery methods and program rollouts.
