Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; AND:

12 months of general office clerical and/or administrative support-related experience

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner

The Property Control office is hiring an administrative assistant through OUs PEAK Temporary Staffing Service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input information into PeopleSoft and update Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in inventory tagging and validation
  • Receiving inspecting recording and logging materials into the inventory system
  • Accepts and signs for orders.
  • Involved in daily administrative tasks
  • Assists with inventory control and asset management.
  • Run errands as needed
  • Maintains filing systems
  • Performs related duties as assigned to successfully fulfill the functions of the
