Job Summary

After several years of strong growth the organizations accounting needs have become more complex and the Director of Finance is ready to add a true right-hand partner to help lead and own key accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves as a well-rounded hands-on accountant and wants to join a growing business where they can take real ownership build strong partnerships across the organization and play an active role in the companys continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the month-end close process for all regional locations including full responsibility for bank and credit card reconciliations
Partner closely with General Managers to prepare for monthly financial reviews and support strong operational decision-making
Produce and analyze operational reporting including job costing labor trends and overtime analysis
Collaborate with the Director of Finance on detailed accounts receivable analysis and process improvement
