Position Overview:
The Service Specialist handles various tasks crucial to student services. This includes processing Change of Academic Program Forms evaluating transcripts and entering transfer credits. They also assist students with course scheduling and serve as the primary contact for student-related inquiries via email and phone. Additionally they support office personnel as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to and is accountable to the University Registrar.

Major Responsibilities
Process Change of Academic Program Forms
Transcript evaluator
Enters transfer credit and credit by exam
Assists students with scheduling courses
Primary email and phone contact for student related issues
Assists office personnel as needed

High School graduate college experience preferred
