Protect. Prevent. Serve. Warm Valley Health Care is seeking a dedicated and professional Unarmed Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our patients visitors and staff. If youre observant calm under pressure and ready to make a difference in your community we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

Patrol clinic grounds to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety
Monitor entrances exits and surveillance systems
Respond to incidents with professionalism and calm de-escalation
Support clinic staff with disruptive situations and enforce safety policies
Assist with emergency response efforts (fire drills evacuations etc.)
Escort patients or staff safely to their vehicles when needed
Maintain accurate and timely security reports
Respect and uphold Tribal values and cultural sensitivities

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience in security law enforcement or military (preferred)
De-escalation or conflict resolution training (a big plus!)
Strong observational and communication skills
Ability to remain composed during high-stress situations
Must be physically able to patrol and respond quickly
Must pass background check and drug screening

Preference will be given to qualified Eastern Shoshone tribal members then other qualified federally recognized Indian tribal members and then other qualified candidates.

Applicants must submit a copy of Tribal Enrollment card or CIB for Indian Preference.

Veterans who meet the minimum qualifications and provide documentation of an honorable discharge (DD214) from any branch of military service are entitled to receive preference points during the interview process.

Any offer of employment is contingent upon a negative drug test reference checks and background check. Refusal to undergo required testing or testing positive will render the applicant ineligible for employment.

Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Successfully pass the employment background check.
