About the Role / Position Summary
The Senior Client Service Specialist provides day-to-day support to Institutional client relationships. The position requires coordinating activities with clients investment managers custodians and FEG operation staff. The position entails resolving various account specific administrative and operational inquiries.

What We Expect / Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferably with a business focus. For certain positions we accept a high school diploma GED or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
  • At least five years of work experience in the investment management industry with specific client service and operations experience.
  • Knowledge of client custody account management and portfolio management systems
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of investment terminology including alternatives investments (i.e. hedge funds and private capital)
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint with strong attention to detail excellent written and verbal communication skills and high work ethic.
