Job Summary

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone email or ticketing system in a timely manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac operating systems Microsoft Office printers email and other standard business software.

  • Install configure and maintain computer hardware and software.

  • Support user account creation password resets and access permissions (Active Directory Office 365 etc.).

  • Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and solutions.

  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel IT staff as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.

  • Participate in IT projects and routine system maintenance.



  • Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environments.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Active Directory and basic networking concepts.

  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
