Remote Functional Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud

We are currently searching for a Remote Functional Consultant Oracle HCM Cloud:

Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Consultant/Lead for Oracle SaaS Cloud implementations
• Prepare and review functional requirements for implementations and enhancements
• Provide functional solutions and guidance to clients and functional leads
• Support and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tracking issues through closure
• Troubleshoot functional issues in collaboration with technical teams
• Prepare Oracle TAR documentation and required functional artifacts
• Apply Oracle AIM methodology and templates throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure alignment with Oracle SaaS Cloud business processes
• Work independently drive tasks to completion and support team issue resolution
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 46 years of relevant experience in Oracle SaaS Cloud projects
• Experience working as a Functional Lead or Functional Consultant in Oracle Cloud
• Hands-on experience in HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR Payroll Time & Labor Absence Talent Compensation and Benefits
• Participation in at least two Oracle Cloud implementation and/or support projects
• Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS Cloud business processes
• Basic technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with technical teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Desired

• Experience across additional Oracle Cloud tracks such as Financials Procurement PPM or Order Management
• Exposure to global or remote delivery models

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
