We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to support business growth in the Houston TX market. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities managing client relationships and executing sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
This position is ideal for a sales professional with solid communication and negotiation skills comfortable with prospecting client engagement and managing opportunities from first contact through closing.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling networking and referrals
Build and manage a sales pipeline within the Houston and surrounding Texas markets
Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Prepare and negotiate quotes proposals and commercial agreements
Manage deals through the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and client needs
Maintain accurate activity pipeline and forecasts in the CRM system
High School diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
13 years of experience in sales account management or business development
Experience selling in the Houston or Texas market preferred
Exposure to B2B or B2C sales environments
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot Zoho or similar)
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
Goal-driven organized and self-motivated
Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred
