Job Summary

Are you a passionate and motivated Design & Technology Teacher looking for a new opportunity A thriving secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a DT Teacher to join their successful DT department from January 2026.

About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent role delivering DT across KS3KS4. You will plan and deliver engaging practical and theory lessons assess student progress and contribute to departmental development and enrichment.

About the School:
The school is well known for its excellent behaviour standards strong pastoral support and modern DT workshops equipped with specialist machinery CAD software and experienced technicians.

We are looking for someone who:
Holds a DT/Engineering-related degree
Holds QTS/PGCE
Can deliver DT confidently at KS3KS4
Is enthusiastic practical and well organised
Works effectively within a collaborative DT faculty
