A Leading Education Recruitment Agency is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in mainstream schools with SEN units and specialist SEN provisions in Edmonton. These roles involve supporting pupils with Autism physical disabilities complex learning needs and communication difficulties.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Edmonton you will provide structured and practical support to pupils who require additional help to access education. Many pupils benefit from visual supports sensory regulation strategies and consistent routines.
You may be required to assist with mobility support personal care or physiotherapy-led activities depending on the setting.
Key Duties
Provide tailored SEN support in class and specialist units
Support communication using visual aids and structured systems
Assist with personal care and physical needs where required
