HSE Advisor

• Support the development implementation and monitoring of the project HSE Management Plan

• Ensure compliance with Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket) regulations and applicable EU directives

• Conduct regular site inspections audits and safety walks

• Review and approve risk assessments method statements (RAMS) and permits to work

• Monitor high-risk activities including:

  • Lifting operations

  • Working at height

  • Electrical and mechanical installations

  • Confined spaces

  • Hot works

• Participate in incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective action tracking

• Support emergency preparedness and drills

• Monitor environmental controls including waste management spill prevention noise and dust

• Ensure compliance with project environmental management plans and permit conditions

• Promote sustainable practices aligned with data centre environmental requirements

• Deliver and support HSE inductions and toolbox talks

• Actively engage with contractors and site personnel to promote a positive safety culture

• Support behavioural safety initiatives and safety campaigns

• Maintain accurate HSE records reports and KPIs

• Prepare weekly/monthly HSE reports for project and client stakeholders

• Act as a point of contact for HSE matters with contractors client representatives and authorities
