Job Summary
Our client is a leading international manufacturer of specialised trailers and transport solutions for heavy haulage and exceptional freight.
Tasks
As Production Digitalisation Coordinator you will be responsible for the following key activities:
Your responsibilities
- You will lead the coordination and implementation of process optimisation projects focusing on automation and digitalisation to enhance production workflows.
- You will conduct detailed analyses and developments driving sustainable improvements throughout the production process.
- You will design and refine lean value chains that support efficient throughput and operational excellence.
- You will implement systems for automated data collection and ensure the accurate flow of information across departments.
- You will organise efficient data and information processing systems including visualisations that support data-driven decisions.
- Your active participation in digital transformation initiatives (Industry 4.0) will contribute to improved customer value and competitive advantage.
- You will apply LEAN methodologies to elevate both quality and process efficiency.
- You will establish close collaboration with teams in production planning IT and other operational areas to ensure alignment and success of digital projects.
- You will take ownership of establishing an intelligent production control system that optimises operations and supports strategic objectives.
Requirements
As Production Digitalisation Coordinator your profile is described as follows:
- You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management & Business Analytics or Computer Science.
- You demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and modern production environments.
- Prior exposure to LEAN management methods and process optimisation within a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- You are a motivated team player with a structured analytical and independent work style.
- You communicate effectively and possess very good language skills in German or French and English.
