At Factorial were on the lookout for a Junior Security Compliance Expert in our Security Team.

The Role

Were seeking a Junior Security Compliance Expert to support the scaling of Factorials security and compliance program as we this role youll work closely with the team on key frameworks such as ISO 27001 SOC 2 and ENS (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad) gaining hands-on experience across audits risk management and vendor security in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What Youll Be Doing

• You will support the implementation and maintenance of ISO27001 / SOC2 / ENS (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad) controls.
• You will assist in audit preparation activities including evidence collection control monitoring and follow-ups.
• You will help document and track security risks supporting risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• You will support vendor security reviews and client security questionnaires in collaboration with internal teams including security-related clauses in partner and vendor contracts.
• You will help maintain compliance tooling ensuring evidence tasks and controls remain up to date.

What Were Looking For

• You are an owner: Experience and interest in security compliance frameworks such as ISO27001 SOC2 (Type I & II) ENS (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad).
• You love understanding: Knowledge and curiosity about IT security and regulatory risks in a SaaS environment
• You are a learner: Open to collaborating with multiple teams such as our Legal Procurement and Engineering teams.
• You are a builder: Interest in supporting the design documentation and maintenance of security controls and policies.
• You are organized: Comfortable working with documentation evidence and recurring compliance tasks.
• You are a polyglot: Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Compensation

The salary for this position is 30000 per year.
