Job Summary

- Lead and facilitate a remote software engineering team as Scrum Master.
- Champion and optimize Agile/Scrum processes to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.
- Protect the development team from external disruptions and obstacles.
- Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and product stakeholders.
- Facilitate high-impact Sprints Scrum ceremonies and continuous process improvement.
- Drive team efficiency collaboration and delivery of product vision.
- Solve problems proactively and guide the team through complex challenges.
- Leverage at least 5 years of Scrum Master experience (preferably in healthcare or complex industries).
- Position is fully remote requiring excellent communication and leadership skills.
