Job Summary

We are seeking a Purchase & Order Management Executive with 13 years of experience in procurement operations purchase processing and order coordination. The candidate should have strong MS Office skills and experience handling end-to-end order management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle purchase requisitions and convert them into Purchase Orders (POs).

  • Manage end-to-end Order Management process.

  • Coordinate with vendors for pricing negotiation and delivery schedules.

  • Track orders and ensure timely material delivery.

  • Maintain purchase records and vendor database.

  • Handle invoice verification and coordinate with finance for payments.

  • Prepare reports using MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.


Required Skills

  • Experience in Purchase & Procurement operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Order Management cycle.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables preferred).

  • Basic ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle preferred).

  • Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.

  • 13 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Order Management.
