Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Technical Consultant with a strong AI-first mindset to design prototype and deliver GenAI-powered full-stack applications. This role is ideal for someone who actively experiments with AI technologies and enjoys rapidly turning ideas into production-ready solutions in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Technical Consultant building and launching production-grade applications
Front-end expertise in:
- / / Angular
- HTML JavaScript
Back-end expertise in:
- and/or Java Spring Boot
- RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Strong programming knowledge in Java JavaScript and XML

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Technical Architects Engagement Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements and GenAI use cases
Facilitate technical workshops and co-create innovative GenAI solutions
Rapidly prototype AI-driven solutions iterate on feedback and deliver quick wins
Design build and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications and microservices
Integrate platforms and APIs such as:
- Firefly APIs
- Common Extensibility Platform
- GenStudio for Performance Marketing
- Headless CMS architectures
Build CI/CD pipelines reusable components and governance checks for scalable delivery
Capture real-world use cases and feed them back to Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap
Operate effectively in a start-up-like fast-evolving environment
Document playbooks prompts and solution patterns in internal knowledge repositories

Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills

Strong AI tinkering mindset with hands-on experience using modern AI models and tools
Exposure to UX/UI design and rapid prototyping
Experience working with GenAI platforms GPUs and third-party AI models
Ability to translate experimental prototypes into scalable production systems
